Memories from childhood
[Inspired to blog] Anyway, I was SO caught up in the plot that during a fight scene, when it looked like my hero was getting the worst of it from the villain, I distinctly remember jumping up from my seat in a state of serious excitement (and anxiety for Rajesh Khanna's fate) and yelling "Hit him Rajesh Khanna, HIT HIM" at the top of my voice. Much to the embarrassment of my slightly older friend who pulled me back down and hissed "Shut up, it is not real!" But it was to me.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
[Blogs.rediff.com] The Steppenwolf: -Not to forget the laughing sequence in Anand, where Amitabh and Rajesh Khanna laugh at the end of the "hum sab rang-manch ki kathputliyan hai" scene .
[Sushubh.net] Insanity Rediscovered » Blog Archive » Karan Johars Koffee with Karan: cldn’t help coming back to reply, see even karan johar can be made interesting judging by the volume of writing on this blog and Susubh i’m glad that judging someone by their sexual preferences makes you happy and peaceful (sic) even though I agree that Johar films are mushy, stereotypical and plain silly but the ones who like them should be allowed to like it ( personal choices differ) and not everyone is the same, so lets celebrate difference… is it too much to ask?
